I've just booked a holiday with my best friend for a week next year.

I need it though and I'm looking forward to it.

I'm off to Menorca Ummmm...been before but I'm going somewhere new for a change.
Never been abroad on my own without my family.

I had a few drinks one night and booked a holiday. I'd completely forgot about it until I checked my emails :-)

I was waiting for dad to pick me up yesterday and as I walked past the travel agent it was like something told me to turn my head.

Had to think it over though before booking but I am so glad I did

I'm looking forward to it trying to plan things to.

I love holidays. It's the best way to recharge. When you can sit by the sea and organise your thoughts.

It is indeed...I think it's what I need to be honest ummmm - just feel for dad as he cannot come with me and he needs a break just as much as I do.

I'm staying in Santo Tomas this time. Usually stay in Cala Blanca Prudie.

It's my favourite place too...I'd move in a heartbeat given the chance.

I have often enjoyed sitting down there. Lovely wee cafe that did all the amazing Sundaes with Menorcan ice cream. Hope that's still there.
