Not a lot I'm afraid.

You will have to wait until you get home..........have you got some paracetamol at home? If not you had better buy some on the way.
I know ear infections can come on very quick, possibly this. Can you leave your work to get some pain releif. I would see you doctor if still in pain friday morning.
Any hearing loss at all?
Surely Buttons should be getting it looked at by a medical professional Sqad, even if it is a practice nurse?
jd......

Hoppy....I have just answered jd...........what is one going to see after 10mins of symptoms?

Bloody hell.....give infection time to get going if it is infection.....OR whatever it is.
Sharp pain, and fluid in the ear.

Isn't there a possibility of a damaged eardrum?
buttons.......Ibuprofen is better...take at LEAST 400mgms.in an initial dose.

it may well be just wax........give it 24 hours.
