What's the alternative?
It's better then the alternative.
Well what else can you do? I still run and swim everyday, and so far nothing has changed dramatically for me physically, but if it does then I'll just have to accept it. I'm starting to grey around the temples, and now look a bit craggier than I did but really who the hell cares?
Yes, you have to really, no point in doing otherwise. Us lucky ones get to see old age and live a life time, and as has been said, the alternative is worse.

Come on buenchico, you always have the answer
Craggy is good NOX ;o)
craggy is better than flabby, which is my lot.
Older than what? 21?
Bella seems to know a lot about you Chris, considering she has only been here for 2 days.
If I have to grow old then I am going kicking and screaming for as long as I can.
No hate it - but as Chris says Whats the alternative? We have to smile through gritted teeth with our aches and pains :)))))
I gave up bothering about age when I was 46. I wanted to go swimming but the only public session was for ''over 50s'. Realising that they wouldn't ask for a birth certificate, I tried to sneak in. I walked up to the counter and said "One for the over 50s, please". The receptionist looked straight at me and replied, "Certainly sir, do you qualify for our over 60s discount?". Ouch!!!
LOL serves you jolly well right :)
Bella, None of your business. Really rather a rude question. Everyone has a different definition of older.
there's only one definition of getting older, DaisyNonna! And we all do it.

Sadly, none at all of getting younger...
What do you mean Daisy? Why was it rude of bella to ask? Some people don't mind getting old, others dread it that's all..............
getting older and wiser too
It all depends on your health, if you have good health then there is no stopping you ............... hell's grannies on parade!!
DaisyN

I agree with Ann86. The only alternative to getting older is death. We each view it, and deal with it, in our own way.
I've said this before. Growing old is inevitable Growing up is optional.
I may be older but I have no intention of growing up.................I might not like the person I grow up to be!
