i know he really wants a IPAD but hes not getting one simple as that really, have you seen the price of them? lol im going to go and have another mad rush tomorrow to try and find him something as i cant help but feel that the stuff that i have got him hes going to be really disappointed with especially as he has spent a whack on me. He has given me no clues to what he wants though which is why hes ended up with what he has

Ipod touch? X
Give him half the cost, or a voucher and tell him to find the other half
I'm sure he'll happy with whatever you get him.....
As a similar 30-something bloke, I am very happy just to have my missus there .....
Times are not so good for anyone at the moment - you don't need to spend a fortune - it's "man thing" to spend a lot on the girl they love.....
bob.
iPod touch would be a great alternative.....I was given one a couple of years before the iPad and was over the moon with it! I still love it presently -despite having the iPad....
Anyway- I'm sure he'll have a Happy One when there IS someone who cares!
And you, of course.....
try one of those experience presents, like a day on a race track or something...?
I was going to say the same thing, joko - you can get them in WH Smith - but I guess with the shops closing in a minute, gossipgirl's already done her shopping!
If my OH wanted an IPAD I'd get him an IPAD..............simples.
Why is it that "what people want" (and can't always have) puts such stress on us? It's Xmas for goodness sake, it's about giving not receiving...and anything given should be accepted with glad heart....unfortunately,...Christmas isn't like it used to be...more's the pity! It's not the receiving that counts...it's the thought of being able to give imo....(falling on deaf ears in todays' society methinks).
It shouldn't be about giving as much as you get anyway, if he chooses to spend lots on you, that's his lookout if he wants to do that. You buy what you can afford.
well good for you craft, but we havent all got £400 to spend on an xmas present for one person have we...?
