I heard today if you rub your teeth with the inside of banana skin it whitens them, fact or fiction ?

Just looked it up and there are several reviews on this

I can't think of anything that is in a banana skin that is a whitening agent. I should imagine it would simply coat your teeth. Yuk.

If it does work at all, I suspect the results would be minimal - probably not noticeable without the aid of measuring instrument!
