It's Friday! The weekend is upon us again. Today is supposed to be good, the rest of the weekend isn't. Can't win, can you!

Morning jan. xxx I'm fine thanks. How are you? It calmed down here in the early hours and the hedgehogs came out to play. I enjoy watching them.

I'd love to have a squad of hedgehogs in my garden. Plenty for them to eat in the way of slugs and snails. Fed Ex a few of them down to me in Sussex will you? I've got bills to pay this morning. Yuck. Also, I have to pay in the vast sum of £50 into my bank account. I won it on the P.Bonds this month. Not enough to change my life in any way of course but, who knows, maybe next month's draw eh? I have no other plans for today, just food shopping and the gym later.

I have two of them resident, so to supplement their diet of slugs and snails I leave out meat scraps for them, to make sue they have enough to eat. That way I'm pretty sure they will want to stay! :o}

£50! Wow. That's £100 better than losing £50! My turn to win the big one this weekend. Then I can get a nice big boat and chase the sun. :o}

Is that what you would do if you won, say, the lottery or the P.Bonds? You'd sail off into the sunset? We'd miss you though. You'd have to take your laptop with you and post your travels around the world as you sail the high seas, splice the mainbrace(sp?) and have a few drinkies as the sun is over the yardarm. That's the limited extent of my nautical phrases. ...and I only got them from watching Pirates of the Caribbean.
