I make loads of ice cream in the summer excel....I've made porridge ice cream, that was nice. I do a nice Maple Syrup and pecan one and a lovely chocolate Ferrero Rocher one....too many to mention really.

What's your favourite?

Mine's Rum and Raisin... Raisins soaked for a good 48 hours in a good quality dark rum

I've made banana excel, the kids loved it.... Ginger ice cream is also good. I might try it with pineapple this summer
