Home again after my 5 day trip to London. Poppies at the Tower were absolutely amazing and I found it very moving. Miss Saigon was a fabulous show brought to the stage for its 25th anniversay by Cameron McIntosh. Even better than when I saw it a few years ago. Crammed a lot into 5 days, but it was worth every moment - roll on the next time.

My cousin and her daughter are going at end of November. They can't wait too.

I done that kind of a trip 8 years ago and like you crammed loads in - managed to see my twin brothers - they were living in different parts of London - hadn't seen them for 4 years.

Saw Mary Poppins (brilliant) and Mama Mia (not good).

Now that's strange JJ, I didn't like Mama Mia either when I saw it in London and hated the film.
I hated the film too - it was so inane and boring - just like the musical.

Next time I go - would like to see Lion King.

Couldn't watch Phantom of the Opera as his face is covered with a mask so can't lipread him. LOL
Glad you had a good time, Maggie...and the poppies are worth the visit alone.....

I have been thinking about seeing Miss Saigon again....so you think this is even better than the last one?... x
Really wish we'd been able to back to the Tower again rather than in September... it was incredible to see.

We did Phantom, not really a fan of these things but it was amazing
Glad you liked the poppies. Told you you would. I saw them quite a few weeks ago and there was nowhere near the number of poppies planted then and yet it was STILL stunning to see.
I've bought two and am so looking forward to getting them.
xx
