Newly diagnosed Overactive Thyroid. Am I well enough go abroad?

Blood tests show TSH levels <0.01 Low Free T4 is 55.7. Apparently normal for this is approx 14. How 'high' is this? A bit high, a lot high or extremely high? Given 10mg 3 x a day Carbimazole but...
