Sending video's to Samsung D500 - what file type to use?

I am trying to send a video clip to my Samsung D500. I have tried converting to .mp4, .3gp, .mpeg, .mov, .wmv, .avi, basically everything I can think of. Does anyone know what I need to do to get this...
