if 3 executors are named on the probate grant, does it require all 3 to liquidate an estate?

3rd exec lives abroad and doesnt want to take option C on form PA1 if we get a solicitor to get probate for us, i understand all 3 of us are named on the probate grant. is the probate grant jointly...

how can i get solicitor to release my deceased mothers will, when 3rd exec will not allow it yet they are abroad

my brother who lives abroad is the 3rd executor (my sister and I are the other 2), we want to go to probate for our late mothers estate, but the 3rd exec is with holding from writing to allow...

What do I need to do to put 3rd executor on notice of option c 'power reserved',

my brother lives in abroad and is dragging his feet in making a decision to allow the other 2 executors of my late mothers will (my sister and myself) to apply for probate. someone mentioned about...
