In terms of sight seeing. where do you think is better to go Ciaro or Luxor? as i will be staying in sharm el sheikh but will be going to either one of these places for the day and dont no which one...

I going to egypt, and someone told me that you can only carry 6,000 egyptian pound on you wen travelling so I wanted to no whether this was true.
