not pay child maintenance

My ex is trying to claim [f***ing lies] 3 years of child maintenance from me [since the divorce]. I always gave cash, so I don't have any proof of payment, however my ex also can't prove I didn't give...

no show court /PNC?

My friend pleaded not-guilty at a Crown court for a GBH charge, then didn't show for the next hearing as he had no witness's and the other person had a witness, so he didn't want to go to jail for...
