My ex is trying to claim [f***ing lies] 3 years of child maintenance from me [since the divorce]. I always gave cash, so I don't have any proof of payment, however my ex also can't prove I didn't give the money.
what will the court do??
i guess they will just order that from now on bank transfers are required?

You may end up with having to pay through an Attachment of Earnings Order, or, if you are in receipt of State benefits, an Order can be made by the Court for these to be reduced so as to pay for maintenance for your child(ren). As for retrospective payments to your ex-wife the Court may (or may not) make an Order requiring you to pay, so you would be well advised to consult a Solicitor before you go to Court.
