long exposure on a 'pocket' camera

looking for a digital camera that i can change the shutter speed on to do long exposures but ideally not a SLR camera as they are too big. something that could fit into my pocket.

i am looking for a digital camera where i can change the shutter speed and do long exposures. i dont want a digital slr camera unless it is small. idealy looking for something i can fit into my pocket...
