fitting black halo lights peugeot 206

Does anyone know how to replace the standard 206 lights with halo lights. Should main beam and dipped beam come on when main beam is on. This is my sons car and as an 18 year old having just passed...

How do I clean slate

My dining room table has welsh grey slate in it, which has a few marks on it from food and drink.  Water doesn't seem to shift the marks and i dont want to make it worse.  Any ideas how...
