In the absence of other answers I will give a view. I tried a number of house selling sites (not sure if I included this one though) when I was selling my house (12-18 months ago), in addiitona to a normal estate agent. I didn't get any response of any kind from any of the web sites, and a fairly steady stream of viewers from the conventional route. If you are wondering whether to use it, my recommendation would be fine but not to rely on it entirely!

I have used the site, its good, but there are a couple of others, like www.property-advertiser.com that are a bit easier to use. good luck
