These last 5 pictures are driving me crazy. Can anybody please give me a clue for them. They are No's 41, 67, 71, 91 and 96. Thank you. If I can help anybody else I will.
That wasn't very nice was it smouse. Have you seen the quiz? Have you completed it?
I've managed to find four more today but I'm struggling with the same ones as you quizzkid plus 33, 66, 74, 79, 98 and 101. Clues for any of those would be very gratefully accepted. If I come across any of the others I'll gladly give you a clue.
People like smouse I just ignore them now. No. 33 English actress, singer, dancer and comedian appeared in Miracle on 34th Street in 1994 and James ane the Giant Peach 1996. No. 66 Sang Don't Cry for me Argentina. No. 74 Made in Chelsea. No. 79 jockey in American thoroughbred horse racing. No. 98 makes shoes. No. 101 plays football for Swansea City. Hope this helps. Good luck.
quizzkid, you're an absolute star. Got all of those now thanks to you so we're down to the same few that we're struggling with. I thought 79 was a TV chef! Just shows how wrong you can be.
I don't care if I win or Don't win. I do quizzes for enjoyment not with the hope of winning £10. If the people asking for lots of answers are not hoping to win why not send the quiz in with a few blank spaces? Don't suppose you'll answer that.
Well said quizzkid. Surely none of us do these quizzes for monetary gain, it's just a challenge to try and identify people and the odd clue here and there shouldn't be an issue for anyone. If we had loads of gaps in our answers we probably wouldn't send in the entry and the charity would suffer. On the odd occasion that I've won anything I've always donated the prize straight back to the charity anyway so its a win win situation for them all round.
My original comment wasnt meant to start an argument wiggers99 but on a previous thread where quizzkid asked some you gave excellent clues to the answers which quizzkid still couldnt solve and so asked for more clues and even you commented to say
quizzkid, how much easier can I make them?
Would someone please explain for me, what constitutes the action for the removal of an answer ? I would not have expected to see the comments made on here removed, and is there any course of appeal against a removal? Do you just have to press the 'report' button ? I would like to understand the workings please.
It seems to me that certain people get their comments removed a lot more easily than others. I think Quizkids remark to me was offensive yet there it still is. You don't just have to press the report button a reason is required also.
I do these quizzes to help, be it in a small way, the charities. It is not about winning the odd £10 it is about taking part. I admit I hate not being able to finish a quiz that is why Answerbank is here, isn't it and if I can help other people as well then I will. Just to point out I did not report any answers, personally I don't care what you say about me but I do get fed up with the Answerbank police.
