Next door but one to us has some bunting draped across their washing line, but that's it for round here.

Anyone elses neighborhood like any of these? Or...more importantly, is your house bedecked as such? Go arrrn, admit it, we won't judge you!

It's no different to the OTT xmas lightshows people bedeck their houses with every December Far too many 'lowering the tone of the neighbourhood' whingers in this country

There aren't any around here but I think it's sort of nice when people make the effort. I'm not into football (nor am I English) but it only happens once every four years and people should enjoy it as much as they want to. Live and let live, it's not harming anyone.
Went into town today, saw only one car with St. George's flag.
none round here. No OTT Xmas lightshows either, though someone down the road has a string of twinkly lights - but no music.

ummmm's right, there's much less of it about than in previous years. Maybe it's because they're not expected to do well. Maybe it's the aftermath of the Olympics when Team GB really did do well.
