Booked Holiday Through Travel Republic With Only 3.5 Weeks To Go I Have Some Issues To Query?

1st - Will we get to our accommodation and get told there is no room at the hotel as I have read many issues on the internet that people have had when booking through TR.

2nd- The lady at TR kindly put mine and my friends API information through to monarch even though travel agents are not allowed to do that now. only to ring monarch the next day and find she entered some details wrong? They have amended it however if we were to get to gatwick and check in would we get refused to fly or would they amend the mistake on the API with no issue?

1st - I would email the hotel and check our reservation is in their system
2nd - They would amend the information but that won`t be necessary as Monarch have input the correct details for you.

I have E mailed the hotel twice once about 2 months ago and last week and still no reply? also yes Monarch have amended but say if I hadn't picked up on the mistake what would of happened at check in would we be refused to fly?
It depends if you check in at the airport or online. At check in the clerk could amend it for you. If the details were wrong, I doubt anyone would be any the wiser until you get to your destination and then it might be picked up by Immigration.

Thinking about it, I`m not sure if it would be picked up when they swipe the passport at the departure gate at boarding but in any case, they wouldn`t refuse carriage. When you emailed the hotel, was it directly to the hotel? Some email addresses just take you to the customer services for the hotel chain and it doesn`t go directly there. I have phoned a hotel before now when I need a direct answer for something.

Hotel have just e mailed funnily enough confirming reservation so I will print it off and take it with me also I suppose monarch at check in can just re enter it for us?
That`s good re the reservation. I wouldn`t worry about the API. API is not for the airline, it`s for Immigration at the destination so that your name can be checked against a database of known baddies.

What is their reputation please and where have you heard about it? I have booked a hotel thru TR which was not available thru other sites, so I am a bit suspicious (and worried).

I just want to know if the api details could be updated and corrected at check in if they have been submitted wrong by travel republic?
