Is there anything I can do to stop it getting worse? I wear trainers or 'sensible' shoes, not high heels, but I dont know what it could be if its not a bunion....

I am using Crown Solo one coat paint. It says on the front that coverage is guaranteed in 1 coat. It says on the back "recoat in 16 hours". ????????????...
