Missing Girl Found !

A girl who disappeared 10 years ago in California has been found, now 25, she was abducted by a relation who has now been charged.....hope for wee Maddy ?

Unfortunately quite different circumstances. In addition, unless she was spirited out the country pretty fast the heat from the publicity may have caused the unthinkable to happen.

The alleged abductor was this girls boyfriend and she was 15 at the time. Not quite the same as Maddy but there is always hope until it is proved otherwise.

I thought the abductor was her mother's boyfriend. She certainly hasn't spent 10 years trying to escape.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to find Maddy alive and well, but sadly I can't see it happening.

Fair point roy, I admit I haven't read the whole story. I just don't understand in all these recent cases of women being held hostage for years that no opportunity arose for them to raise an alarm.
