Do you think she did her workout every day to lose a stone a month and tone up like she did?

She says at the end of her DVD workout that you must do it at least 2-3 times a week to benefit from it, I'll let you know in a few weeks time as to whether this has been the case for me! lol

Oops sorry Eeeek, just seen your answer to a previous question about exercise DVD's below and I see that you have the Charlie Brooks DVD so will know what she says at the end. I don't know if she did it everyday but she may have done other forms of exercise, so was working out everyday I guess, Oh to have the time... lol

Mmmm, i have this dvd and although she says recommended 2 to 3 times weekly it does not say how many times she did it. Am only on my third time at the mo so can't tell. I am doing mine every other day. Will let you know how i get on.

I have recently purchased this dvd and it has different sections to it, disco, combat, high intensity, pilates. Do you have to do all of them or pick one and do that two to three times a day? (sorry to be really stupid, but i am new to this fitness malarkey)!
