Just read "slow start-up"...Mine's the same...How do you do a full windows reinstall??

If you bought your PC with Windows already installed then the company supplying (Dell or whoever) will have provided a method for you to take Windows back to factory settings (the way it was when you bought it).

Have a look at the documentation that came with the PC.

Or tell us what the PC is (make & model) and we will find out for you.
