Is there any programmes/software that will let me search within all my Word docs, not just the document title, for a particular key word or phrase? I run a course which has a Q&A session which now has a few questions being repeated by the delegates. Rather than forwarding the same or similar questions to those in my company who can answer I would like to search my Word docs to see if an answer has been given previously. Its difficult to remember 100s of previous answers and this will help enable me to answer these qustions in the class by looking them upat suitable intervals. Thanks

Windows does that anyone. The following is based upon XP but it should be similar with other editions of Windows:

Go to Start > Search > For File or Folders.
Click on the 'Documents' option.
Click on 'Use Advanced Search Options'
Enter the relevant text into the field labelled 'A word or phrase in the document'
If required, change the area to be searched from 'Drive C' to 'My Documents' (or similar).
If required, select the relevant date option.
Click 'Search'.

Our Windows has a circle on the bottom left of the screen, which, when you click on it offers "Search programs and files", amongst several other things.
