We have a Sony LCD TV with only one HDMi socket & I have been using a HDMi splitter to direct the signals from my Sky HD + box & my Panasonic Blu Ray box, all perfectly good, everything working fine as long as only one box is switched on at a time. We have recently moved house & have had Sky refitted & the splitter does not work. I have been informed by the Sky engineer that the reason it does not work is because the up to date Sky HD+ box is now designed at a higher spec than the old box & the HDMi splitter is not designed to accept the output of the Sky HD box. My question is do any of you lovely Techie guys know if there is a HDMi 2 way splitter with a higher spec design that I can use.
