I have a BT Voyager 2110 router and am trying to forward ports to use with Azureus. I have put the IP Address of the router into the browser and followed all the links to the port forwarding option within the Virtual Server menu'. I know the port i entered into Azureus, but what do i need to put into the 'Add New Port Forwarding Rule', 'External Packet', 'Forward to Internal Hosts' etc?

You'll need to forward it to the IP address of your PC.

To find it (from memory I'm afraid and my work PC won't let me try) go to start, run, and type in ipconfig
