I've tried reinstalling but nothing works . I still get "IE not working "even when I'm not using it in any way. I've tried making Chrome the default browser, but AB still stops working with the message IE has stopped working .

May I assume that it is connecting through Chrome which is the default browser, but when I try to connect via the shortcut or direct from Chrome it doesn't connect it just comes up with the message ' couldn't connect to '''www.theanswerbank.co.uk'' '

Hi modeller- maybe the short cut isn't working, What happens if you just type the AB site address into the browser? Maybe you have somehow blocked AB in your browser settings

Hi all, for the last few days AB been working fine now it has started freezing again. It still only happens on AB and not on any other site. It has taken me few attempts to get this on due to it freezing. Just strange how it only happens on this site.
...and strange that it only happens to some of you. I have no problem with AB - I get freezing problems with Facebook.
