Does anyone know if the results of tribunals for the above are ever published? Presume not, but just wanted to know.

Thanks

If not subject to a restricted reporting order you could try ringing the Bury St Edmunds office, they certainly used to deal with providing copies of Judgments (where they are allowed to do so). It's likely a fee would be payable for any copies.

If it's an appeal (Employment Appeal Tribunal or higher) then they may be more accessible.
