Bound to be a percentage where that is the case. It'd only be possible karma for the perpetrator if it happen much more often than expected. But given there is a victim, then probably not even then.

Well no, not exactly; if I recall rightly, it's a lot harder for a man to contract HIV from a woman than vice versa so if I have remembered rightly, there's a decent chance he doesn't have it.
