Please i need some help l have scribbled ink from a biro onto a form which has totally covered what i need to see can anyone help me to remove the ink leaving what's printed under it help.

Try a nail polish remover containing acetone and apply it gently using a Q-tip.

If acetone doesn't work try white spirit but check that whatever solvent you use does not affect the printing.

Yes, nail polish remover comes to mid here also. This is how check forgers " wash " checks to remove the writing of the issuer from them while not removing the check standard printing.
