How would you pronounce these names?

David Jason. David Silva. David Villa. David Cameron

Ralph Richardson, Ralph Feinnes, Ralph Lauren, Ralph Reader.

Would you pronounce the first names differently? If so, why? Is it to respect the country they come from, or something like that? In that case, how would you pronounce these names?

Paris. Moscow. Rome. Madrid. Munich. Why not just stay with what you see? The way they are pronounced HERE?! Start the car. I'm off. To Firenze.

Call me weird but I pronounce David Jason like this - David Jason.
I beg your pardon?
I know that Villa and Silva is pronounced Daveed purely because its the Spanish way of saying it. I also believe the French also pronounce it this way.

Ok. Granted Chrissa1. No problem.
I pronounce people's names the way that they want them pronounced. I presume, although i don't know, that people who are not from the Uk would prefer to have their names pronounced as they would be in their home country.
If I were speaking to a Frenchman I would say "paree" -- probably with a terrible accent, but never mind. I'd say "pariss" otherwise. When it comes to people's names you ought to try to say them the way they say it -- otherwise it's not really their name, is it? So "daveed" or "davidd" rather than "dayvid" for Mediterranean Davids. And Villa is "veeya" not "villuh", etc.
Believe Ralph Feinnes pronounces his Christian name as Rafe?
Dave-id or Dav-id.

Depends on where they are from and how they themselves say their name.

Ypu wpuld not say Dav-id Cameron. and you wouldn't say Dave-id Villa.
Rupert Walsh, the Irish jockey, pronounces his first name as 'Ruby'. Can't say that I blame him.
I agree with woof, jim and Gromit, they should be pronounced the way the people want them.
A bit like on here really, your name usually starts with a capital letter, but when I address people on here, I write their avatar name as they put it, because that is how they want it. X
