Would you pay 3.75 million for this ?

I myself cannot see the attraction of this City Centre living , thing - especially in a building as unattractive as where this appartment is located .

You wouldn't want to have a fear of heights living there.
great views though

You just can't buy taste can you?
It says that bedroom with the castle is a child's room. I wonder...
It looks cold and uninviting to me.
Makes me shudder. Very styling but cold and uninviting. Hate heights so even if I win the Euromillions I won't be first in the queue. I'll just bide in my wee but 'n' ben!
"stylish" duh!
The views are nice but the decor's godawful. I assume that was his city centre 'bolt hole', not a main residence.
i agree Bazile and i think my dogs would as well
I don't know why the property management lass is smiling so much - unable to shift the property in 3 years. Failure. Loser.
not a chance, could buy a palatial home for that away from the rabble
nope, not for me, i like clutter and not a fan of cities

amazing views though, i imagine its impressive at night
Good views, shame about the decor, but , if it is really worth £4 million, £15,000 a month isn't much of a return.
