Read the small print, policies vary
Shouldn't affect it unless it is a condition related to one of the diseases normally vaccinated for. (Oh sorry, you don't want my advice do you?)
Your contract with the insurer will be defined by the small print, but I'd expect that most insurers would pay out for treatment for conditions not related to the missing injections (e.g. injuries sustained in an accident) but that they'd refuse to pay in respect of problems that could have been avoided if the jabs were up to date (e.g. canine distemper).

thanks for your answers and yours Lankeela was welcome too. I dread him getting him injected cos he goes absolutely apeshit and very distressed.
My policy would not pay out if my cat didn't have up to date immunisations and his teeth checked annually and got ill as a result.
My vet said that since my two demonic moggies are indoor cats they would not need boosters. I read the small print in my insurance and it didn't mention boosters/preventative measures.

This is good because my little princess was a 'little' upset last year when the vet tried to weigh her. The vet tried to muzzle her (didn't even know that there were cat muzzles) but by then she was really upset and wanting to spill human blood. She was pretty scary - girl power!!

If I have to put them into the cattery they would have to be inoculated.
I never vaccinate adults dogs. http://gsp-rescue.org/vaccine-alert-please-read/
My policy sats his jabs have to be up to date, the claim form asks the vet to verify with dates as well.
my policy only excludes cover for the illnesses not vaccinated against, you need to check the policy
