I visited my mother and she served a Casserole with pork, mango chutney and curry powder which was delicious! (But she could not remember what she put in it).
I always thought a casserole was hard but I gather it is quite simple.
Has anyone got any recipes I could be getting on with???

My daughter had a similar recipe using mayonnaise as well. Her's was with chicken though
