I got a real fright last night with my blood sugar being 21 with keytones I think my blood sugars are returnign to normal. Nothing to eat since 8pm last night going to have some porridfe I feel a bit shaky but I never slept thinking that I had DKA. I have a huge addiction to sugar and I am giving up. I just hope my sugars will go back to normal and they are not climbing without me realising

No thanks Pippin - he's too skinny.
My criteria is:
1. Over 6'2"
2. Well built
3. All four limbs
4. Own teeth
5. Still drawing breath
6. Can eat without drooling or needing a bib

I am willing to compromise on points 1 to 4
