Our green house roof has a plastic roof.It has now got it self a green roof of algae. How do I get rid of it,the algae that is not the roof! I thought of hot water with a cap full of bleach. But will that damage the roof?
Any suggestion will be welcome.

The bleach will work and shouldnt damage the plastic roof but may kill the vegetations that it flows onto, you could also get an algae remover, possibly from a garden centre.
try a bucket of hot water with washing up liquid in it and a scrubbing brush. Do it on a wet day after a string of wet days so that the algae will be softened.
