I find it nigh on impossible to contact them by email as all their 'contact us' links seem to lead you to FAQ, I did manage to get one email thro and received a 'thank you we will get back to you asap', that was November 27, since when I haven't heard a thing. They drive you mad, but I hope you have better luck -rosy
