I knock on the cash office door when my boss is in there like sheldon does and my boss thinks i'm odd. lol I go knock knock knock Dan, knock knock knock Dan, knock knock knock Dan and by the third one he's at the door going 'What~! just come in you have the key!' it breaks up the day....
I would discount The Simpsons as a spin-off.
By definition, a spin-off has to use established characters in a new format - like Green Green Grass and Rock And Chips - both using characters from Only Fools And Horses.
The Simpsons was a segment in the Tracy Ullman show, but it has simply expanded into a show of its own - it has not 'spun off' in any way.
My vote would be Frazier - from Cheers.
