What temperature do we think that fleas would die at?
I say they don't die out in the house as heating is used before it gets very cold inside. Maybe I am wrong and they die at like 10c which will happen early in winter.
Does anybody have any idea about this?

They don't die, the adults die but the eggs and larvae will live in the cold and continue their lifecycle when things warm up again.
Fleas can live in your carpet for up to a year. Purely because a typical household will have central heating keep in them warm through the cold months, waiting for the natural temperature to rise when summer comes.
