Cauliflower soup

Have just googled but have a recipe already'
Brother-in-laws gorgeous recipe, but checking that its all ok folks.

He said --

4 small onions chopped
2 clove of garlic or teaspoon full
2 large carrots sliced
1 cougette
3 med potatoes
tespoon mixed herbs
2 chicken stock + 1 beef stock
tub single cream or milk
salt and pepper to taste
half a cauliflower

How would you put it all together from start to finsh........

just remembered tub of single cream. lol

Cooking now and it smells lovely fingers crossed x

oh rocky, never had chillies before so I hope it all cooks well.
Smells delish so far! I feel very brave cooking my 1st soup ever.
I only put in a large pinch so should be ok? haha

I have absolutely no doubt that it will taste wonderful, have you some nice crusty bread to go with it. I think I'll make this in the week.

Rocky, went to shops today for crusty french bread --sold out, so I have crusty cut loaf!
It looks a bit pasty so far,but mmm the smell.
Next time will add one extra carrot, and a bit less cauliflower maybe.
Will learn by any mistakes as i go along my merry way x
That's the great thing about cooking soup, you just put in what you want, I make them all the time. If you've got some left over, freeze it.

ha ha rocky, if its that good, none will be left over i can tell ya.
Putting it out in a few minutes.
It seems a bit pasty looking to me, but hubbie says that it did look a bit like custard, so i must be on the right path, haha
I remembered it being more of an orangey colour.

have eaten our cauliflower soup, and hey ---

it was blooming marvelous. Will finish off 2nd helping tomorrow lunch time.

Roll on next week, will make the same soup all over again. x
