Queenofmean's eye problem

She will probably post here later on with what's happened, since she won't be on until much later in the day I thought I'd post a quick update on her recent problem.
She attended the Eye clinic first thing and it turns out that the "black patch" or whatever was obcuring her vision is a burst blood vessel. They are saying that she should have the rest of her laser treatment sooner than was planned after her last visit and if that doesn't work they are talking about surgery, as being the last resort.
As I said she will probably post something on here later on today

thank you everybody for passing on your good wishes :) means a lot :) helps me get through these horrible moments.

Sqad - its a complication due to my diabetes and when I sort of fell off the bandwagon a few years ago. I did some damage to my eyes and as a result they are trying to repair said damage and are forming new blood vessels which are very delicate and fragile and if they were to burst I could be looking at losing my sight. But thankfully the laser seems to be helping and this current bleed is only a very tiny one so shouldn't pose any threat to my sight at present.

queenofmean...thanks....it is almost certainly diabetic retinopathy which usually responds well to Laser treatment. Blood vessels may burst or in some cases the blood vessels star to grow in places where they are not welcomed.

They've taken all of the support and lessons and should know how to by now

Everyone gave them all of the tools but they fall short some how.

You had high hopes of them bring before, thought they could swim deep.

But as they are paddling on nothing will keep.

It doesn't matter who helped them along the way.

They'll fall short and limited ability, unfortunately only to cause delay.
