Handel music?

I'm wanting to find out the title of a work of music, which I think is by Handel. It's the one that is sometimes played at weddings; it was used during the second wedding in Four Weddings and a Funeral as well. Does anyone know what the title of it is?

There was the "Wedding March" by Mendelssohn, and as Einstein says Handel's "Arrival of the Queen of Sheba" from 'Solomon'.
Another possibility which is often used at weddings is "Canon" by Pachelbel, a beautiful piece of music which starts off quite slowly, organ backing violins but soon builds into many different string parts. This has been used in many films and was used in the film "Father of the Bride" where the daughter walks down the aisle.
