Hi sqad, 37º and rising. I have dreadful heat rash under the boobies which I always get but just cannot shift it this year.¡, and is now incredibly sore. I've tried nappycream from chemist, lanocane powder, thrush cream, and caladryl, you name it I've tried it, but getting more sore by the minute. Would anti histamines help? I wear cotton and a biggish bra with kitchen roll to absorb so as not to rub, no bra at home, what on earth can I do? Thanks. hate this heat!!

neti....then you will have to go to the GP as it will never clear up.

Keep dry the underneath of your breasts and see GP on Monday.
netei.....I misread your post...as lofty said you CAN get steroid ointments over the counter.
I know you have tried nappycream - I use Sudocreme and it is excellent. I used to get open sores and the pain was amazing. Can you get your boobs up and away from your body - maybe use an old t-shirt and wrap it around your neck.
I've never heard of that shop neti so have no idea if they will stock them. Ebay have lots:

I suggest you do wear a bra all the time, but only cotton ones.
The undersides of the boobies resting on your skin creates more sweat. You need a good supportive bra - try a cotton sports bra.
Neti my gran used to suffer with the same in the heat and she swore by Cornflour! She applied it like talc on freshly washed and dried skin a couple of times a day. Hope you get some relief soon x
I sympathise as I get it too netibiza, I find Sudocream is the best for it, don't rub it in just leave a line of it under boobs!
Wash under the breasts and dry with a hairdryer on a cool setting. Calamine lotion will help to sooth and reduce the itching and will also make a barrier on the skin to skin contact.
salt water wash of area, dry & dust with foot powder.
You say nappycream not sure what you tried but sudacream works for me x
I swear by 'Metanium' for all sorts of skin problems. It is the only one that works for me and my daughter. You only need a tiny bit and it's a bit yucky to use but it is superb!! Hope this helps......
Wash with pH balanced shower gel and then use cornstarch powder rather than talc. Keep using even when not so hot.
neti, my love .......how is the rash?

You are not short of suggestions, how do you know which one to choose...LOL
so sorry you are suffering neti unfortunately I cannot help with treatment but can only offer advice re.prevention. You appear to be heavy busted & need to prevent your breasts touching your body, this can only be prevented by wearing bras that are specially made for you by buying from a good corsetier.

burn bra & wear Ann Summers teddy

Hi all thanks for suggestions. I'm not sure about getting lamisil here in Baleares as we cannot get many things that are available on mainland Spain.

Yesterday they were better, and today not too bad. I am going to try the cornflour simply because I have some.

Lottie even the chemist here said anti histamines would not help, but then they gave nappy cream which hasn't worked either!

I am wearing a bigger bra (I have lost 4" this year, and no they are no floppier!) cos the new measured ones are tight and rub with the sweat. at home I wear a cotton wrap over boobies and under armpit, seems to help a lot.

Will let you all know how I get one, one suggestion at a time,

Once again many many thanks to you all. Erm shall I put a photo on here!!!!

:-)
