When we moved here 3 years ago we were continually bombarded with calls trying to sell us anything from conservatry's to pensions but someone gave me a phone no/ to help stop these calls, and it worked.
Now its started again & its driving me nuts.
Has anyone on AB got that no/ I seem to have lost it.
I would be most grateful, it would save my sanity. Hope you can help,
Thankyou.

it's the tps and i think you can do it on-line

The calls have started again because your number has been "sold" on again since you last stopped them so its an ongoing process.
At the moment I am plagued by 01202 calls which I believe are connected with PPI claims................I just ignore them.
That's the code for Bournemouth and Poole craft, do you think that's where they come from?
if you are registered with the TPS no-one is legally allowed to use your number for marketing etc unless you have given them permission. The problem is that some places make you opt out and other's ask you to opt in so when you are doing something on-line it is sometimes easy to make a mistake and opt in for calls.
No idea Prudie................I have caller ID and if I don't recognise the number I don't answer but I do feed it into Google (who is calling me) and the answers are all about PPI.........
