How do I import pictures to my new Ipad from my laptop and not lose previous imported pictures?

Send yourself an email(with attached pictures)to you Ipad. Or use bluetooth transfer.

Use USB cable that supported with iPad or use the Bluetooth to transfer pictures from laptop to iPad.
