Its just one of these trendy expressions for business meetings to encourage people to brainstorm with new ideas, and one of the current terms for this is "Blue Sky Thinking"

There's another question which I have an answer for but I don't think my answer is correct. I am going to put it on so it will appear at the beginning, would appreciate your help on this one too as I'm not sure I have the right answer.
