In my younger years i used to irish dance...

Pretty well may i add...well over 6yrs in total...

Almost 16hrs a wk at one point!!

Then i found boys and clubs and drink LOL!!

However couple of us have got together and our old teacher is starting an adult class again!!! Woooho!!

I wont compete i dont think.....but im dead excited x

I find Irish dancing very boring, people just feet tapping all the time!

Wigs werent allowed when i went! My hair curls reeeeeally easily

Dress long gone and the shoes!! If i dont compete i wnt need the dress!

Defo ummm. Once its in u it never really leaves ...hope to god i have a girl one day to make her go LOL!!! Such a good workout! So fit i was!!

Just testing to see if i can still remember some dances...and differ between a reel and a jig ;0> x

It's not all feet tapping trt. That's just the heavy dances.

Not when you are dancing it isnt. My mum never rated it she was bored to tears at every feis!! Typical. Prob part of why i didnt stick at it...one of my biggest regrets actually x

My daughter went. I still have her dress here. £260 (which is cheap) and she was totally crap at it...lol

Went to see Lord of the Dance a couple of weeks ago. Loved it. Also saw Riverdance a few years ago - brilliant. Good on you, enjoy while you can!
