I am working in a school and work 52 weeks a year at 12,534.00. I am thinking of going Term Time, but wondering what the new wage would be as it will change to12,534.00 pro rata, i would be working 37 hours a week, 43 weeks per Year. Could you please help me work this out.

so 43/52*12534 = 10365 to the nearest pound.
