titch has just woken up with a large new bruise knee half way done to ankle on her right lower leg. It feels like theres a lump under it and its very very tender to touch. Any ideas???I know shes been in the garden today but didnt hear see her fall over :(

well, that's the thing, Sqad - we don't all have all these levels. As welsh says, she doesn't have walk-in centres. I do, but I can seldom get to see a GP in less than a week, so with anything that looks worrying (but less than an emergency) I go to a walk-in centre instead. The system isn't as uniform as it might be.
